Pastor Doug has served our church family for over 20 years. Before coming to Medina he served as a resident and College Pastor at the Chapel in Akron. Pastor Doug enjoys leading and shepherding the MCC church family. He has a passion to teach the scriptures in a relevant, practical style that invites life change. He also models the value of loving well in both church and community.
Pastor Doug resides in Medina with his wife Bev and family. Marc (20) currently attends Tri-C Community College. Beth (15) is a freshman at Medina High School. Katie (24) is a Kindergarten teacher in Kissimmee, Florida.
Pastor Doug enjoys working out at the rec, playing basketball, jet sking and watching Seinfeld.
After graduating from Akron University with a degree in business, Doug pursued his calling to ministry . In 1985 he graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology degree.
